The Railways Minister Piyush Goyal has announced, India’s first cable-stayed Railways bridge “Anji Khad Bridge” to connects Katra and Reasi in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K).
This bridge being developed by Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL).
This bridge is as a part of the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) project.
The USBRL project also involves the Chenab river bridge.
The Chenab Bridge once completed, will become the world’s highest rail bridge.
In Maharashtra, cases of Covid-19 are raging in the Nashik district as well. However, to curb the further spread of the disease, the government has initiated a measure “HEALTHCARE SERVICE AT YOUR DOORSTEP”.

About PM SVANidhi PM Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbhar Nidhi (PM SVANidhi) is a Special Micro-Credit Facility for Street Vendors to help them in continuing their business. It also offers interest free working capital of Rs 10,000 for one year. Under the scheme, interest subsidy of 7% on loan amount will be borne by the Central Government while the remaining amount will be borne by the State Government.
