India stands 131 in the Human Development Index 2020

  • According to the report published by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), India has been dropped two positions to 131 among 189 countries in the 2020 Human Development Index.
  • Norway topped the index, followed by Ireland, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Iceland, the report revealed.
