Tenure of Justice Shiva Kirti Singh as TDSAT chairman extended

- Justice of India has extended the tenure of Justice Shiva Kirti Singh as chairman of Telecom disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal(TDSAT).
- The bench that extended the tenure of Justice Shiva Kirti Singh consisted of Chief Justice of India(CJI) Justice SA Bobde, Justice Deepak Gupta and Sanjay Kishan Kaul.
