The Union Territory of Ladakh has made the largest solar power project established under the Centre’s ‘Make In India’ initiative at LehIAF station to give sustainable energy alternative to fossil fuel and traditional methods of energy generation.
The project namely ‘Provision of Solar Photo Voltaic Powerplant 1.5 MW’ has been completed within 12 months well before the completion deadline of March 31, 2021.
Flight Lieutenant, Shivangi Singh to become the first woman fighter pilot of India to fly the Rafale combat aircraft that was formally inducted into the Indian Air Force(IAF).

The Indian air force has launched “Operation Sanjeevani” to supply 6.2 tonnes of medical equipment and medicines to the Maldives via cargo aircraft “C-130J Super Hercules“.
These supplies are required by the Maldives to treat patients affected by COVID-19.
