The India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) along with the Department of Posts (DoP) started a digital payment application called ‘DakPay’ on 15 December 2020, in an attempt to provide Digital Financial inclusion at the last mile across India.

India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has begun a low-cost insurance scheme ‘Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY)’ for its customers to bring large segments of the underserved and unserved population into the financial mainstream.
IPPB has tied-up with PNB MetLife India Insurance Company for this product.
