Assam: Tezpur Litchi receives GI tag

- The Agriculture and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) has declared that Assam’s Tezpur Litchi has been provided the geographical indication (GI) tag, though the litchis name in the GI tag list is there since 2015.
