- The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs celebrated Six Years of Swachh Bharat Mission today as the mission was launched from Rajghat on October 2, 2014 to achieve the aim of “Clean India” by October 2, 2019 when the country celebrated the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
