- The Government of Maharashtra has introduced the Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations, (UDCPR), to strengthen and bring uniformity in the real estate construction laws of the state.
- This uniform set of regulations will designate everything from the height of buildings to the width of roads and the size of amenity spaces.
