To enhance cash awards to Olympians winners who receive gold, silver, bronze &Olympic participants will also receive Rs 1 crore, Rs 75 lakh, Rs 50 lakh &Rs 10 lakh respectively.
Aim of this act is to amend the Citizenship Act of 1955 to give citizenship to illegal migrants of Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and Christians from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan, and who entered India on or before 31 December 2014.
