China sends ‘world’s first 6G experiment satellite’

  • China has launched into space the world’s first 6G experiment satellite.
  • The 6G satellite was among three Chinese satellites successfully sent into orbit, along with 10 commercial remote sensing satellites developed by Argentinian company Satellogic.
  • This was the 351st rocket of China’s Long March series.

‘Karkhanisanchi Waari’ only Indian entry in Tokyo Film Festival

  • The Agriculture and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) has declared that Assam’s Tezpur Litchi has been provided the geographical indication (GI) tag, though the litchis name in the GI tag list is there since 2015.
