TheWorld Bank has contributed $1 billion to the Indian government for India’s COVID-19 emergency response and health systems preparedness project.
The project will respond and lessen the COVID-19 threat and strengthen national systems for public health preparation in India, as per the project document.
The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has released “National Monitoring Dashboard on COVID-19 Grievances” which will collect and monitor all cases related to COVID-19 on a priority basis.
The portal will be refreshed and monitored at senior levels in Government on a daily basis.
The domicile of Jammu & Kashmir was redefined which has stated that a person residing in J&K for at least 15 years or has studied for a period of seven years there and appeared in Class 10 or 12 examinations will now be eligible to be a permanent resident of the UT.
