The District Employment and Counseling Centre has launched a Workshop-cum-Awareness Programme on the Skill Development for Unorganized Workers in Kulgam, Jammu & Kashmir. The workshop for the unorganized workers was launched under the Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan (PMSYM) Scheme.
