Indian Railway has started AI based ASKDISHA chatbot

The Indian Railways has started the Hindi Version of Artificial Intelligence-based chatbot called “ASKDISHA”. The hindi version has been started to further enhance the customer services rendered and to further strengthen the services of the chatbot.
