- A cow shelter in Assam’s Dibrugarh introduced Northeast’s first-ever cow hospital, on the occasion of Gopashtami.
- The hospital, Surbhi Aarogyashala, is set up by Shree Gopal Gaushala at a cost of Rs 17 lakh.
