- Adar Poonawalla, the Chief Executive of the Pune-based Serum Institute of India (SII), has been selected among six “The Straits Times Asians of the Year” for 2020, by Singapore’s leading daily, The Straits Times, for their work in combating the COVID-19 pandemic.
