- “WhatsApp Coronavirus Information Hub” has been initiated globally by WhatsApp in partnership with the World Health Organization, United Nations Children’s Fund, and United Nations Development Programme.
- The Information Hub targets to provide simple, actionable guidance for health workers, educators, community leaders, nonprofits, local governments and local businesses that depends on WhatsApp for communication.
- WhatsApp has also declared the donation of $1 million to the International Fact-Checking Network for coronavirus facts alliance.
