- Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi virtually inaugurated the first edition of the World Solar Technology Summit (WSTS) of the International Solar Alliance (ISA), on 8th September 2020.
- It was organised by ISA and FICCI and more than 26000 participants from 149 countries joined the virtual Summit.
