- The 10th East Asia Summit Foreign Ministers Meeting was held via video conference and was attended by the Foreign Ministers of the East Asia Summit (EAS) participating countries. It was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Vietnam Pham Bin Minh. The Minister of State for External Affairs V. Muraleedharan on September 9, 2020, attended the event.
